1. Scope & Purpose

myLOBECO is an internal intranet of LOBECO GmbH (hereinafter referred to as “LOBECO”).
It is intended exclusively for internal communication, knowledge sharing, and the provision of information and work-related materials for LOBECO employees.

Access to myLOBECO is strictly limited to LOBECO employees.
External users, customers, or freelancers do not have access.

2. User Accounts & Access

• User accounts are currently created manually by LOBECO.
• Login credentials are personal and must not be shared with third parties.
• Users are responsible for keeping their access data secure.

Upon termination of the employment relationship, the user account will be deleted.

3. Content & Features

myLOBECO includes, among others, the following content and features:

• internal documents and guidelines
• HR news and internal announcements
• knowledge articles and posts
• comments, likes, and discussions
• personal profiles including profile picture, cover image, team, position, and additional information
• groups and thematic areas

All content provided is intended solely for internal, work-related purposes.

4. Code of Conduct

All users are expected to interact in a respectful, professional, and considerate manner.

In particular, it is prohibited to:

• publish discriminatory, offensive, or unlawful content
• share internal information with unauthorized third parties
• upload content that violates applicable laws or internal policies
• misuse myLOBECO for private or non-work-related purposes

LOBECO reserves the right to remove content and take further action in the event of violations.

5. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

Unless otherwise stated, all content provided on myLOBECO is the property of LOBECO.

Content created by employees within myLOBECO becomes the property of LOBECO.
LOBECO is entitled to use such content without restriction in terms of time, location, and scope within the intranet.

Users may independently manage and update their profile information.
All information provided must be accurate, appropriate, and professional.

8. Changes to the Terms of Use

LOBECO reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use if necessary.

• These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
• The place of jurisdiction, where legally permissible, is the registered office of LOBECO GmbH.

• Server location: Germany

No data is transferred to third countries.

9. Third Parties & Tracking

• No analytics, tracking, or marketing tools are used.
• Only standard WordPress and BuddyBoss functionalities are applied.
• Only technically necessary cookies are used.
